Infection Screening (TORCH): for common infections, including toxoplasmosis, cytomegalovirus, rubella
Iron level (ferritin), Vitamin D, random glucose
£95
The NHS typically offers some tests between 10–12 weeks but does not routinely screen for all of the above.
Genetic Screening Options & NIPT*
More accurate and non-invasive prenatal testing (NIPT) for chromosomal abnormalities (Down's, Edwards' and Patau's Syndromes)
Carrier testing for inherited genetic disorders where appropriate
£450
The NHS does not offer these tests systematically (restricted to high-risk conditions).
The NIPT, the non invasive prenatal test that screens for Down’s, Edward’s and Patau’s syndromes, is not routinely offered in the NHS unless your CST (combined screening test) is high risk.
It has higher sensitivity and lower false positive rates (>99% detection for T21 with <0.1% false positive rate).
The CST is used by the NHS to assess the risk of the same chromosomal abnormalities, with a detection rate of ~82% for Down’s syndrome and ~90% for Edward’s and Patau’s syndromes.

Early pregnancy is full of unknowns. That’s why we offer stand-alone services: pay only for what you need, when you need it.
If you choose to continue with our full birth package later in pregnancy, the cost of any early consultations, tests, or scans will be deducted from your overall package price.
Some international health insurance policies may reimburse pregnancy-related expenses. Check with your provider or get in touch with us to learn more.
