The principle is the same as the full care package: you have a referee midwife during the time of your subscription. As you might have different needs during your postpartum, you choose the services that you want at the beginning of each month, and you're free to cancel the subscription at any time.

Scheduled check-ins with your midwife to monitor your recovery, baby's growth and development, and address any concerns that arise as you adapt to life with your new baby. Adapt the number of sessions to your needs.

Weekly appointments with our expert physiotherapist, starting from 6 weeks after birth. Whether you gave birth by c-section or vaginally, pelvic floor strengthening is crucial after pregnancy to avoid incontinence. Your physio will make sure that you get back to your baseline, or better!

Expert support for all your feeding needs, including:
Breastfeeding support (including your transition out of it). Weaning training for babies around 4-7 months

There is no medical consensus on the duration of postpartum and it can stretch up to 3 years after the birth. At Kove, we believe that therapy should be available to mothers during this sensitive period, as long as they need to, and more specifically during hormonal changes such as the first months of motherhood, breastfeeding interruption and return to work.
The standard service includes 4 sessions per month, but can be tailored to your needs.
